Thanks for very comfortable stay, having setting to rear garden. Location is particularly good, adjacent to the Lakes, Scotland, shops and a working farm. And it is a short walk to restaurants.

It was unique base for travelling to Brampton, I was glad to stay there. A hair dryer and bath sheets were provided. The host made me feel at home. Everything was superb and I got ironing for free. The location was magnificent and unbeatable on the field behind.

My recent stay at Long Byres Holiday Cottages was absolutely delightful. The location was stunning, with beautiful views of rolling hills and the Lake District in the distance. The surrounding countryside was perfect for walks, and we even got to see sheep, cows, horses, and Exmoor ponies on the working farm. It was so peaceful to wake up to the sound of birdsong every morning. The nearby village and pub were also great additions, and we enjoyed star-gazing on the dark road back to the cottage. The bathroom floor was cold, and the heating didn't work, but the owner provided a portable heater to help with the chill downstairs. Some minor inconveniences, such as the lack of blinds on upstairs windows and limited space in the double bedroom, were manageable but noticeable.
